Rev. Samuel B. Hogan, Jr.

Rev. Samuel B. Hogan, Jr. has devoted over 16 years to guiding, mentoring, and developing young men and women across Massachusetts, empowering them to lead more purposeful and God-centered lives through focus, faith, and preparation.

 

A passionate servant-leader with a heart for youth and the people of God, Rev. Hogan has held numerous positions within the Church of God in Christ. He served 10 years as Youth President of Good Shepherd COGIC, followed by leadership roles as President of the Massachusetts First Jurisdiction Youth Department and Northeast Regional Youth President. He currently serves as a National Adjutant, Adjutant Episcopal to his father, Bishop Samuel B. Hogan, Sr., and Chairman of the Jurisdictional Council of Pastors and Elders for the Massachusetts First Jurisdiction.

 

Rev. Hogan’s academic journey includes studies in Pastoral Care and Preaching Principles at Boston Christian Academy, Organizational Psychology at Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He has also pursued a Master of Arts in Management at Harvard University.

 

A proud son and grandson of ministry, Rev. Hogan is the grandson of the late Rev. Eugene and Rosalie Hogan, and the son of Sheila D. Hogan and Bishop Samuel B. Hogan, Sr. He is happily married to the love of his life, Ashlyn Hogan. Together they are the proud parents of their daughter, Shaleia, and their beloved dog, Ace. They reside in Randolph, Massachusetts.

 

Rev. Hogan is driven by an unwavering love for his family, a deep commitment to God’s people, and—above all—a profound love for the Lord.
